Alia Bhatt was born on 15 March, 1993 to Indian film director Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan. Her father is of primarily Gujrati descent while her mother is Kashmiri and German ancestry. Bhatt has one sister, Shaheen and two half-siblings, Pooja Bhatt and Rahul Bhatt.
