Bleach Your Skin Naturally

If you work somewhere or study in a college or university and your skin is getting darker and darker day by day you would have thought about bleaching your skin. The problem is that chemical bleaches are harmful for the skin as they contain many harmful ingredients. You should look for a natural way to bleach your skin.

1. Try to avoid sun it damages your skin and makes your skin tone darker. Use a best company sun block.
2. Drink plenty of water daily. Drink maximum 8 glasses of water in a day.  It helps to recover the damage.
3. Diet is a very important factor in keeping the skin healthy. Eat fruits. They contain vitamins which are good for your skin.
4. Exfoliate your skin. It is a good way to get a lighter complexion. Use a good scrubber with fine grains. It removes the dead skin layer and gives you a healthy new layer of skin.
5. Milk is a good natural bleacher. Soak a towel in some milk and rub it gently on your face. It will give you a clear skin with a lighter tone.
6. Rub tomato pieces on your face. This method has been used by people for years. It gives good results in a couple of days.
