The size and shape of shoes is very important thing if the size and shape of shoes is not

right according to the shape of your feet it will hurt your foot. When you are buying shoes

make sure it will fit properly in your feet. If the shoes are of the right size but are not

according to the shape of your feet they will not fit properly.
Actually the shape of your feet determines how you move them. Check the shape of your feet

on wet sand or by some other way. Then always buy your shoes keeping in mind that shape. You

can draw the shape of your foot on a paper by placing it on the paper. Then take this paper

always with you when you are going to buy a shoe pair. This would help you. Put the paper on

the floor and then put the shoe on it to match the shape. This is the perfect way to match

the shape.
Buy those shoes whose shape is near to the shape of your feet so that you can walk easily.

Your foot should not be out of the shoe from any side neither the shoe should be too wide.

Always try shoes before buy them. If you try them after buying them it will be chance of

changing problem so it is better that try them at shop.

Energy drinks are used to increase the energy level. Energy drinks and sports drinks are

commonly used by sports players because they need a lot of energy. It can be also used when

you are doing some physical activities as energy is so much used in physical work and energy

drinks fulfill the requirement of energy. some people use them in their homes or in the

office  hours. This is extremely dangerous. They should not be used this way as they

increase the energy.
It is advised to use these drinks when you have to do a lot of physical activity. If you are

actively participating in sports or you regularly participate in sports these drinks are

good for you. But a person sitting at his home should avoid them as it is dangerous for

their health.
These energy drinks contain a lot of energy which you don’t need normally. When you are

tired of work you may feel low in energy but still it’s not low enough to take these drinks.

Normal fatigue can easily be minimized by taking snacks. If you take such drink you will

have to jog for a lot of time according to the amount of drink you took. Extra usage of

these drinks causes many diseases.
